Team Check In
Team Check-In will take place Saturday 60 minutes prior to your first scheduled game at the field marshal tent. Changes made on your roster on line after Thursday night will not appear on your game cards. You may still add or delete players in person manually at the team check-in tent prior to your first games kickoff Saturday morning. There will be no additions to the team roster after the team has checked in.
Please note: YOUR GAME CARDS WILL BE PRINTED FOR YOU TO PICK UP AT CHECK-IN
What to Bring
Teams must be affiliated with the USYSA and players must have their current 2021-2022 USYSA player passes. IF YOUR NEW CARDS FOR THE UPCOMING SEASON 2021-22 HAS NOT BEEN ISSUED YET, you may use your 2020-21 player passes prior to August 1st, 2021 events.
Please make sure you have signed up your team for the the correct age group. This Tournaments will be using the upcoming 2021-22 season age groups.
Please note:
Unlimited loan players will be permitted with a maximum:
Loan players must be current USYSA/USSF or National equivalent players and can only play for one team only within the same age level/group. In addition the team’s USYSA/USSF permission to travel must denote the proper team type.
US Club Soccer teams do not need to provide travel papers. All US Club Soccer teams need to present are Medical release forms. All teams must be affiliated with FIFA and /or USSF and players and coaches must have laminated cards.
Laminated player and coach/manager registration cards only authorized by State/ Provincial or National Association will be required as proof of age.
AYSO Teams must have a Team Roster for Travel and Application for Travel filled out and have proper signatures from your AYSO leaders. You will find copies of these forms under the Accepted Team Packet on the home page of your website.
